NSW ARB Summer Fellows (Architecture) at the State Library of NSW
The NSW Architects Registration Board is partnering with the State Library of NSW to launch Summer Fellows (Architecture)—a new opportunity for NSW Registered Architects and architecture students.
This program invites participants to spend a summer engaging with the Library’s extensive resources and unique architecture collections—ranging from private practice archives and hand-drawn plans to photographs, elevations and documentation of buildings across NSW.
Through a 3-month residency at the Library, Fellows will develop a self-directed project that explores the public, cultural or social dimensions of architecture. This might take the form of historical investigation, design research, curation, writing, or other creative formats.
Each Fellow will receive a $1,000 grant, along with access to a dedicated workspace, Library staff support, and a professional development program.
An online briefing session will be held on Wednesday 18 June at 5pm
Application close: Friday 11 July 2025
