Client relationships and navigating conflict

The NSW Architects Registration Board (NSW ARB), in collaboration with CPD For Architects, is offering face-to-face and virtual workshops focused on effective communication between architects and clients and how to manage relationships and associated risks in projects at various scales.

This builds on recent joint research by the NSW ARB and the Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV) into systemic risks in the Australian architecture profession. One of the key themes investigated was client-architect relationships and agreements.

Findings and recommendations from the NSW ARB and ARBV research are available to download from the Resource library on the NSW ARB website under the tab Deep Dive Report on Systemic Risks in the Architecture Sector in Australia.
