A study of the housing co-operative movement that explores the historical, political and social context for the emergence of housing co-operatives, with a focus on Danish case studies and some discussion of the early adoption of co-operatives as a model in Australia.

The case studies are presented in photographs, architectural plans and schematic drawings.
