To welcome more than 200+ newly registered architects and the re-registration of around 4,500 in the 2018-2019 year - we will hold a special 90-minute seminar covering the essential regulatory and professional basics all architects need to know.
Learn the essential responsibilities of an architect in New South Wales, and understand how to avoid the most common mistakes made by architects. The session will cover the Architects Act, the Code of Professional Conduct, the National Standard of Competency for Architects, your legal and ethical responsibilities, and importantly, talk about furthering your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This seminar is an opportunity to meet your peers, learn about the profession and celebrate your registration as an architect. We look forward to welcoming you.
This session will count at 1.5 Hours of Formal CPD in the Practice Management unit of competency.
