LOG BOOK OF ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE - APPLICATION

Complete the logbook application form, affix your photograph and send with the payment of $60 (plus $11 postage and handling - within Australia only). Cheques and postal money order must be made payable to the NSW Architects Registration Board. Credit card accepted are Visa and Mastercard only and can be sent via the credit card authorisation form that can be downloaded from the Forms and Publications section of this website.

Send your completed form to the NSW Architects Registration Board, Level 2, 156 Gloucester Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The logbook will be posted when payment has been processed.

Cost of overseas mail will vary. Contact the Board for information on postage rates.

From mid January 2010 logsheets are available free of charge from www.aaca.org.au.
